Dawn (October 24, 2007)
The rain began late on October 22 and continued off and on until the 24th when this photo was shot. Notice that we are getting close to two inches of rain. (Just remember that if we use a few gallons too much water, the Water Board will come out and disconnect us and then charge us $300 to reconnect and a penalty of double-charging us for the excess over the allowed amount.)
