Photo Album Number Four (1937-2007)
Photo Album Number Four (1937-2007)
As I go through the house looking through drawers, closets, old boxes in the attic, and so forth, I keep finding lots of old photos. This album contains more photos of Sarah, Jacob, Carol, Warren, Michael, Thom and the persons important to them. There are also some interesting World War Two era snapshots. The photos are in the best chronological order I can devise. If you have a better date than mine, please notice that you can type in comments at the bottom of each photo page. Please feel free to comment.
Glen and Hula Mary (c. 1944)
Glen and Hula Mary (c. 1944)

Aunt Glen is on the left and Hula Mary on the right. You can see from the shadow of the photographer's head that he was wearing a cloth military hat. These two girls were still loyal to their boyfriends after the war separated them for more than 2 years. Also, please notice how much more stylish these girls' clothes and make-up are after a couple of years of dressing for work every day while the "boys" were at war. I was a pall-bearer at Glen's funeral. She died before Carol's Uncle Tommy Dearman and she had never had any children, so Carol was Tommy's only heir.
