St. Vincent's East #1 (September 28, 2007)
Recently the Seton Group (as in Saint Elizabeth Seton, the first American saint) purchased our hospital and all its subordinate locations as well as St. Vincent's Hospital downtown in Birmingham. I went out there to take pictures, but -- as soon as I shot this photo -- a security guard threatened to stop me from shooting pictures of the buildings. So I got in my car and rode around making surreptitious photos.
